Who we are

VitaCore Marketing is a user-generated content (UGC) agency that scripts, films, edits, and delivers short-form video ad creative for businesses in the United States. The Site is an informational and marketing resource. Any engagement for paid services is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
• Copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the Site without our written permission
• Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful or deceptive material

Booking a call

The Site lets you book a strategy or discovery call through a third-party scheduling provider. Booking a call does not create a client relationship or any obligation on our part to provide services. We may decline, reschedule, or cancel a call at our discretion. Information you provide when booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No guarantees or results disclaimer

Any examples, figures, timeframes, or outcomes described on the Site — including references to ad performance, engagement, content delivery timelines, or campaign results — are illustrative and are not promises or guarantees of results. Results from advertising creative depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, budget, ad platform, and execution. Past or example performance is not a guarantee of future results. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, video, and design — are owned by VitaCore Marketing or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. Any example creative or third-party material shown on the Site is used for illustration and remains the property of its respective owner.

Third-party links and services

The Site relies on and may link to third-party services such as scheduling, hosting, and video providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitaCore Marketing and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VitaCore Marketing and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which VitaCore Marketing is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
