Fulfillment Policy

At VitaCore Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality, done-for-you UGC video ad creative. Below is an outline of our fulfillment process, refund policy, payment terms, and cancellation terms. The specific scope, pricing, and timeline for your engagement are set out in your separate written agreement, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Fulfillment process
Project initiation
Once payment is received, we begin onboarding — collecting the information, brand assets, creative briefs, and approvals required to produce your UGC video ads.
Delivery timeline
We deliver your UGC video ad creatives digitally within fourteen (14) business days after we have received all required inputs, assets, and approvals. Delays in providing those inputs may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
Revisions
We include one (1) round of editing revisions per creative to ensure you're satisfied with the final deliverables. Reshoots and additional revisions beyond what's included may incur extra charges, quoted before any additional work begins.
Refund policy
Because UGC production allocates creator, scripting, and editing resources immediately, payments for creative services are non-refundable once work has begun. If work has not yet begun, any prepaid amount for the un-started work is refundable.
Payments
All payments are made in U.S. dollars (USD). Recurring or retainer engagements are billed on the schedule described in your written agreement.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your project at any time by providing written notice to jace@vitacoremarketing.com. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance for work that has not yet started will be refunded. Where your written agreement specifies a minimum commitment period, the terms of that agreement apply.
