Who we are
VitaCore Marketing is a digital marketing agency serving independent cash-pay clinical practices in the United States. We are not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA, and we do not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) through this website.

When you book a discovery call through our scheduling tool, you provide your name, email address, optional phone number, and any details you choose to share about your clinic.
Information collected automatically
- Cookies and tracking pixels. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors interact with our site and to deliver and measure advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Server logs. Our hosting provider collects standard server-log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps.
- Video analytics. Our video sales letter is hosted by Vidalytics, which tracks playback metrics such as watch time, drop-off points, and engagement.
How we use the information
We use the information we collect to:
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospective clients

- Improve our website, copy, and marketing materials
- Deliver, measure, and optimize advertising on Meta platforms
